MoePaint is an awesome Palm paint program from a talented Japanese developer.
It's almost like a mini-Photoshop. It's called MoePaint. It has tons of drawing tools like fills, gradients, pencils, brushes, opacity levels, and even support for layers! MoePaint is pixel based, with export/import to bmp files.
Version 1.1 supports OS 4 and can run in CloudpilotEmu as lo-res colour (m515), hi-res mono (T400), or hi-res colour (T600c).
Note: As current beta b7 has a set expiration date, so you may need to either set your date and time back, or use the older b6 or even the older v1.1. (b6 expires Sept 1st 2007)
