Although Plucker's latest official release was 1.8 a CVS Chinese version was found (2008-01-30-cvs). Let's call it 2.0 (unofficial). Because this version had to be translated to English manually some "garbage" characters may appear in non important elements of the application.

In this release screen rotation and annotations are available.

Plucker is at the moment the best tool for epubs on palm.
