WSconv.exe is a command-line tool for DOS and Windows that converts Palm OS-only Alphaword/Wordsmith .pdb document files into .rtf files readable by most word processors, and vice versa.

Place WSconv.exe in whatever folder you are going to put your pdb (Alphaword/Wordsmith) files and rtf files.

Suggest you also create a shortcut to the Command Prompt in the folder as that is what will give you the DOS terminal to type the commands below. The current path in the terminal window must be to the folder with WSConv.exe and your files to work.
