What IrSquirt Does:

Palm IrSquirt is an application intended to enable PalmOS PDA users to 'Beam' files via infrared to and from PocketPC based PDAs not equipped with the OBEX stack, including pre-PocketPC 2002 devices.

How IrSquirt Works:

To activate IrSquirt, tap the check box on the bottom right side of the main form. IrSquirt will override Exchange Manager (PalmOS's native IR beaming), and allow users to send records from other applications using the applications' own "Beam" feature. Tap the "IrSquirt Rcv" button to receive files.
