Pixel Keisan Battler

Pixel Keisan Battler is an original arithmetic battle game for classic Palm OS handhelds. Draw a 16 x 16 pixel monster, give it a name and type, save it as a compact Base99 code, and take it into battles or a maze adventure.

Features:

  • Create, name, type and save up to six original pixel monsters
  • Restore monsters from codes or exchange them between Palm devices by infrared beam
  • Explore easy and hard maze adventures with 64 original animal and nature enemies
  • Battle on one Palm or link two Palm devices by infrared
  • Six arithmetic difficulty levels with first-grade and second-grade number ranges
  • Type matchups, HP, attack power, move names and speed-based damage bonuses
  • Original Palm-sized pixel artwork
  • Nine monophonic arrangements of familiar public-domain classical themes
  • Stylus and hardware-button controls
  • Monochrome and colour display support

The archive includes separate Japanese and English applications. Install PixelKeisanBattler-ja.prc for Japanese or PixelKeisanBattler-en.prc for English. The Japanese build requires a Japanese-capable Palm environment such as a Japanese ROM, CJKOS or J-OS.

Unpack the ZIP and install one language edition. The Japanese and English applications share the same public-edition application and save-database identity, so install the language you intend to use rather than both at once. Monster and progress data are stored in a separate HotSync-backup database.

Pixel Keisan Battler is freeware by DoroDango. This public edition uses original pixel artwork and project-authored monophonic transcriptions of public-domain classical themes. The included notices and asset manifest record the source and licence details.
