This is a port of OpenPGP 2.6.3i to the Palm III. It will work with newer PalmOS devices as well. Text needs to be copied and pasted into the app to be decrypted/encrypted.
Download the ZIP file, extra everything, and install all the PRC files to your Palm, in the main memory.
