WinLauncher is a launcher replacement for Palm OS which emulates the look and feel of Windows 9x. Apps are launched via a nested Start menu, and favorites can be placed on an "active desktop" complete with dynamic content such as to-do lists. Built-in launcher utilities are even run in actual windows which can be dragged, resized, and tabbed between. It may be more novel than practical, but it's one of the most transformative launcher experiences for Palm OS!
