In the old Russian Empire there was a special island "Sahalin", the prison island where many people were sent and they can not escape from there and so they must do their own economy. The game begins in January 1, 1912. You must collect resources, improve colony, sell resources and so on. Economy is very specific and so it's not easy to play.
