*Secret! password

Everything you store in Secret! is encrypted with a single master password of your choice. Whenever you start Secret! you are presented with an on-screen keyboard to enter your password. This password is used to decrypt your data and only someone knowing this password can access your data. No backdoors, no hidden weakness! If you forget your password, you will have to erase and re-install Secret! as there's absolutely no way to open your data without knowing the password.

At the very first start of Secret! you will have to select a New password. To protect against typos, you must enter the new password twice.

The password can be up to 16 characters long. You can use both graffiti and one of the two convenient on-screen keyboards to enter the password. The characters you enter appear as asterix (*) in the input field. If you want to use a number (PIN) you can choose to have the large numeric keypad come up as default.

Secret! is compatible with PadlockHack, allowing you to enter your password with the hardware buttons. *
