Palm Commander is a "Norton Commander"-inspired two-pane file manager, launcher, and utility program. It includes a pair of addons: Button Launcher, which allows 9 apps to be launched from each hard key by repeated presses; and Program Zipper, which compresses programs not in use and dynamically uncompresses them on launch.
Lexan Software Inc. released this freeware version of Palm Commander when they terminated support for it in late 2005.
