Official flash update kits for Palm devices to update them to Palm OS 3.x.
Flashers require the Palm Desktop suite to be installed. Put the flasher in the suite's directory or copy the "CondMgr.dll" library to the flasher (for Windows).
Kits also contain HotSync Manager (or the entire Palm Desktop) updates, and then launch flashers.
Files bin and hqx are for Macintosh.
