This strategic board game traces its roots back to Africa. Each player has a collector bowl, and beside it lie two rows of six playing bowls. At the start, six beans are placed in each bowl.

On every turn, you must pick up all the beans from one bowl and distribute them counterclockwise, one by one. The winner is the player whose collector bowl holds the greatest number of beans.

What may look like a child’s pastime is in fact a remarkably intricate puzzle. Play carefully—highly addictive!
