IWedgit is an application and Preferences Panel add-in for redirecting or enabling scanned barcode information into the built-in applications, ie: Address, Date Book, Memo Pad, To Do List and other applications that do not natively host the Symbol device barcode scanner. Tested using an Symbol SPT-1846. Note, I have not figured out how to deal with the 20 scan limit other than re-installing the software. I intend to contact http://www.invisionsoft.com/ and ask if they are still supporting this application as they do not list it on their website. This is not abandoned software!
