Hoshizora Yūgekitai (星空遊撃隊). Contains the black & white version of the game, as well as the updaters for the color & HiRes versions.

I haven't been able to find the color & HiRes versions themselves yet (if I understand correctly, they seem to have been released as part of a CD-ROM called ‘ComicMarket62’, see: https://web.archive.org/web/20041204121546/http://akinohitoshi.s5.xrea.com/game.html).
