PilGom Kai Updater 0.2.0 - Third-Party Notices
==============================================

The updater executable and packaging toolchain use CPython, PyInstaller,
PyInstaller hooks contrib, Pillow, tzdata, Tcl, and Tk.

The complete license and permission texts copied from the exact build runtime
and installed wheels are included in the distribution's adjacent
THIRD_PARTY_LICENSES directory. Retain the complete extracted ZIP when making
an authorized copy; do not separate PilGomKaiUpdater.exe from these notices.

The updater shows https://gigazine.net/news/rss_2.0/ in the first of ten
editable URL slots as a first-run example; the other nine slots start blank.
This does not imply endorsement, affiliation, or special integration, and the
package contains no downloaded GIGAZINE article text or live
PilGomKaiData.pdb. The user may replace the example and register up to ten RSS
2.0 or Atom feeds. The updater stores at most five articles from each feed and
at most fifty articles total, using only content supplied inside the feeds; it
does not fetch linked article pages. It replaces the previous PDB only when all
configured feeds succeed and the completed PDB passes validation. The complete
PDB is limited to 512 KiB and article bodies are not silently truncated to fit.
Feed and article terms remain the user's responsibility.

The updater also retrieves one freely licensed or public-domain Featured
Picture from Wikimedia Commons. It stores the title, creator, license, license
URL, source URL, and modification description in PilGomKaiData.photo.json and
inside the Palm database where space permits. Each file can have different
attribution, license-link, and ShareAlike requirements. Reusers must check and
follow the license on that file's Commons description page.
